GHMS offers ENT (ear, nose and throat) assessment and treatment, led by Dr Helmi Ismail, our Lead GP and Managing Director and an ENT specialist, alongside the full range of general practice.

We see common ear, nose and throat problems — earache and ear infections, wax-related hearing problems, sinus and nasal congestion, sore throats and tonsillitis, hoarseness, and dizziness or vertigo.

You'll get a focused examination, a clear explanation of what's going on, treatment or a private prescription where appropriate, and an onward specialist referral if your problem needs it.

What ENT problems can you help with?
Common ear, nose and throat issues — earache and ear infections, hearing problems, sinus and nasal congestion, sore throats and tonsillitis, hoarseness, and dizziness or vertigo. If your problem needs a hospital specialist, we'll arrange an onward referral.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No. GHMS is a private clinic — call or WhatsApp reception to arrange an appointment. You don't need an NHS referral or registration.
Do you see children for ENT problems?
Yes. We see children as well as adults for common ear, nose and throat problems. Call reception if you'd like to check before you visit.
